Hydraulic control unit for AW109PW landing gear that allows the movement of AW109PW landing gear during ground operations

Description

The equipment P/N 112-1-A-109PW is suitable to let the operator the movement of the A109PW landing gear, feeding the hydraulic unit directly from the external power socket of the helicopter itself.

The equipment is located inside a wood case, suitable for easy transportation.

In the lower part of the case, delivery and return flex hoses and 2 different electric feeding interface are stored, for 28Vdc GPU and for 24Vdc Batteries; in the upper part of the case the hydraulic control unit is stored, mounted on zinc steel plate and provided with two handle so to let an easy handling of the unit itself.

The hydraulic control unit is equipped with:

• Gear pump, electric motor driven, direct coupling, supply voltage at 24/28 Vdc,
• Max pressure valve, fixed setting, pump mounted
• High pressure delivery filter with clogged filter visual indicator
• Pressure gauge, DN 63 mm, FS 4000 PSI, accuracy 1,6%
• Needle valve, delivery interception
• Max pressure valve, adjustable up to 2000 PSI (factory setting 1500 PSI)
• Fluid reservoir capacity: 10 liters about
• Visual indicator for fluid level in reservoir
• N° 1 delivery flex hose, size 1/4”, length 3 meters, with quick coupling PN 155-S5-8D and related dust cup
• N° 1 return flex hose, size 3/8”, length 3 meters, with quick coupling PN 375506-6 and related dust cup
• N° 1 electric supply cable, length 6 meters, with 3 poles 28 Vdc plug, according to Stanag 3302
• Sampling port for fluid verify
